AFFI Cuisine centrale
In May 2005, AFFI Cuisine centrale became one of our divisions as a result of a partnership agreement with Les Mets du Commensal inc. We are now pleased to take on the responsibility of preparing meals for one of our clients : Le Commensal restaurants and outlets, as well as meals for Pacini.
This business initiative helped create over 25 new jobs. Once again, we have shown that we have the expertise and determination needed to quickly meet our customers’ expectations, whose reputation is already well-established.
Services
AFFI Cuisine centrale prepares cooked meals that meet the most stringent food requirements. Our ultra-modern facilities meet Canadian food safety and quality standards. As such, AFFI Cuisine centrale is an important partner for Le Commensal and its customers who enjoy healthy eating.
We offer our clientele a range of different services:
- Food product preparation such as soups, sauces, pastries, hot and cold meals. More than 150 different recipes currently make up our list of available products.

- high-performance refrigeration and freezing
- labelling
- assembly and daily shipping of orders
