Since it was established in 1971, AFFI has never stopped moving ahead and developing new activities to consolidate its twofold mission, which is both social and commercial, in order to maintain more than 300 jobs.
Thanks to the energy, openness and dedication of the members of the Board, the management team and all our employees, we are able to continually improve our performance. Our employees put their expertise and knowledge to work to help the company reach new heights while remaining focused on our raison d’être: offer stable jobs that ensure financial and social independence for AFFI employees and to pursue continuous improvement at all levels of management, operations and human resources.
Over the last 35 years, the contribution of all these people and our partners has enabled us to take on the tremendous challenge presented by combining our two missions, while continuing to increase the number of jobs we offer.
The company’s head office on the South Shore of Montreal oversees our six divisions, with one divisions in Boucherville, one in Saint-Hubert, two in Montreal, one in Anjou and another in Québec City. Each of these divisions was added to the company over the years.
